Jarryd studied with one of the world's leading percussionists, Michael Burritt, at the Eastman School of Music from 2011-2015. He earned his Bachelors of Fine Arts in Applied Music: Percussion Performance.

Jarryd always has a blast recording music for superhero/action flicks. It was an orchestration challenge working with a slightly smaller ensemble, but that's what the hero's journey is all about! Jarryd's excellent sense of Orchestration makes him an asset for any project. The one pictured was for a cue (the link below is for this cue in particular) for a horror film, "Gratuity", by director Eufemia Scarfone, and has been screened in several film festivals around the country.
